Empire Capital operates as a private real estate investment trust (REIT). This structure allows us to raise capital without SEC registration, provided we follow established regulatory exemptions and maintain proper investor disclosures and financial reporting.

We primarily work with accredited investors under Regulation D exemptions, but we also offer select opportunities through crowdfunding strategies that allow for broader investor participation — all while keeping our management fees competitive.

Investors receive monthly or quarterly dividends, depending on project timing and fund structure. We actively manage our assets, conducting regular inspections, tracking local market shifts, and directly overseeing construction and renovation work through our vetted vendor network. Our hands-on approach helps keep costs, timelines, and asset value tightly aligned.

DEFINITIONS

Non-Accredited Investor: An investor who does not meet the standard requirements to be considered an accredited investor.


Accredited Investor:  A person must have an annual income exceeding $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for the last two years with expectation of earning the same or higher income in the current year, or have a net worth over $1 million, alone or with a spouse, excluding the value of the primary residence.
