Empire Capital operates as a private real estate investment trust (REIT). We handle diversified investments in Residential Real Estate in Southern California. As a Private REIT, we are able to raise capital without SEC registration, provided we follow established regulatory exemptions and maintain proper investor disclosures and financial reporting.
We primarily work with accredited investors under Regulation D exemptions, but we also offer select opportunities through crowdfunding strategies that allow for broader investor participation — all while keeping our management fees competitive.
