Invest to both take advantage of a boom market and to hedge against recessions. We focus on recession-proof regions and assets. By focusing on income-producing properties in markets with major employment centers, we manage risk.
Projected 10% passive income paid out on a monthly or quarterly basis (management fees are higher for monthly payouts)
We, at Empire Capital, have over 40 years of collective experience in the identification, analysis, acquisition, disposition, and entitlement and development of residential properties, throughout the Southern California region. This means thousands of homes and over $102M (Million) in deals closed.
We are focusing on the Inland Empire because it's a market we know extremely well, largely as it has been our home for many years.
With the diverse types of properties in the area, a variety of climate zones, and complex demographics, we are aptly equipped to manage investments in the region.
We are a Private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which means we are not required to register with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), however we are still held to certain reporting and accounting criterias.
Depending on the situation, we can most easily coordinate with accredited investors, however we are also able to engage with non-accredited investors through our crowd funding methodology. This keeps our management fees at a competitive low. Additionally, we pay dividends on a monthly or quarterly basis.
We manage the properties that we acquire, with regular inspections and market tracking and we are hands on with the construction work done at the properties we rehab, with our trusted vendors on-site and our construction experience keep costs, schedule and value in sync.
Learn more by contacting us today. If you would like to invest, we will send you a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and have you sign our Letter of Intent (LOI) form.

Empire Capital recommends investing in a diversified set of assets. Failure to diversify an investment portfolio properly across a range of asset classes can result in an increased risk of the loss of capital. Experienced investors generally hold different assets in their portfolio, including commercial real estate as well as stocks, bonds, and other investment types. No investor should rely on Empire Capital as the sole, or even majority, source of their overall investment portfolio. Rather, investors should rely on Empire Capital as a component of a broadly diversified portfolio that includes other asset classes and liquid securities not currently available through Empire Capital.
Certain offerings under Rule 506(c) are for accredited investors only. Neither Empire Capital nor any of its other affiliates are registered investment advisors and do not provide investment advice. Empire Capital and all of its representatives and affiliates do not guarantee any investment performance, outcome, or return of capital for any investment opportunity posted on the site. Investing in commercial real estate entails risk. You should not invest unless you can sustain the risk of loss of capital, including the risk of total loss of capital. This communication is not intended to be relied upon as advice to investors or potential investors and does not take into account the investment objectives, financial situation or needs of any investor. All investors should consider such factors in consultation with a professional advisor of their choosing when deciding if an investment is appropriate.
